KBS Taxi Services is based in Frome and we have been running as a taxi service for the last year and before hand we were a chauffeur service for many years. Our aim is to provide a professional and reliable service, paying attention to detail. We offer a fully insured iconic Black London Cab to chauffeur you around in comfort, style and grace. Our taxi has the ability to accommodate up to five people and we also offer full mobility facility's including a adjustable & extendable kerb ramp for wheelchair access.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. On making a booking clients will receive confirmation via e-mail, fax or postal services giving full details of booking made, bookings are not complete until such confirmation is received.
2. Our driver will follow the route most appropriate on the day of travel. Unless instructed otherwise by the client. However should this result in the extra miles or time an extra charge may be added, though we will not accept responsibility for running late arrivals, delays all consequential losses incurred by the unpredictable incidents or the events beyond our control.
3. Our vehicle is insured for passenger and third-party claims, as required by law. Our insurers will not cover injury caused by passenger's irresponsibility such as not wearing a seatbelt or opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt. Should a passenger cause damage to our vehicle, the full cost of any repairs and loss of any work whilst the vehicle is under repair shall be passed on to them.
4. By law small children require additional appropriate restraints. Unfortunately we are not able to provide child seats or restraints. It is the adults entire responsibility to make sure any children in his/her care are properly secured in the vehicle.
5. In accordance with British law, seat belts must be worn.
6. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicle.
7. KBS Taxi Service accepts no responsibility for loss or damage, however caused, to passenger's property.
8. KBS Taxis and its driver have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger.
9. Any fouling of the Taxi by any passenger will result in a charge of a minimum of £25.00 dependant upon the severity of the fouling.
10. Normal luggage assumes that 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person, any luggage that the Taxi cannot accommodate is the responsibility of the passenger.
